Titusville Multi-Use Trail

Wonderfully not flat nature

May, 2022 by sgrenerth

From Barna east to the end at Kathy Trail is a very nice trail! It's plenty wide, well used and surprisingly not flat. The entire trail goes through nicely sized natural area.
The much shorter portion of the trail through Wuesthoff Park is nice and does include some exercise stations. The very final section of that short trail going west is clearly not used as much.
While down here visiting family I've enjoyed the trail a few times because it's so nice and very convenient to ride my grocery getter over to the nearby Publix for provisions.

Rickenbacker Trail

beautiful ride

May, 2022 by aunika

This is by far one of the prettiest rides I’ve ever done. The scene over the water is like something out of a movie. It is a little confusing when you get down into Biscayne key because I didn’t know I was still on the path. Nevertheless there’s a bike lane and is still very pretty and feels decently safe.

Suncoast Trail

Boring, Noisy

May, 2022 by hjinman46

It’s right next to a major highway…what else do I have to tell you?

Starkey Wilderness Park Paved Trail

Nice, but Boring

May, 2022 by hjinman46

For a short ride when you don’t have a lot of time this is fine. But it’s flat, boring and the same trees ad nauseum.

Tampa Riverwalk

not really good for a bike ride

May, 2022 by hjinman46

Walking it is better than taking a lot of time to unload a bike!

Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail

Best in FL

May, 2022 by hjinman46

This beats the Legacy Trail to pieces! It’s got several bridges, but the scenery is much better than Legacy. Also St. Pete is a much better end than Venice (although Venice is very nice!)

Duke Energy Trail

Very Confusing

May, 2022 by hjinman46

We’ll-groomed trail but very confusing ( and not we’ll-marked) after you pass under Rt. 19. Watch out for the disc golfers! ¿

South Lake and Lake Minneola Scenic Trail

Still Lack of Signage

May, 2022 by dan508

Not really sure why the lack is signage on this trail has not yet been improved. Has the county not read the reviews mentioning signage issues? It’s not like it hasn’t been a issue very long. The trail is nice. I rode from the Minneola Trailhead to the Winter Garden Station today. There were no maps of the trail that I could find at Minneola. When heading to West Orange you come to what is sort of a fork in the trail at Hancock Road. There is signage at the intersection but no arrows or plain direction to West Orange. I first took a right on Hancock and followed that trail which clearly wasn’t correct because it takes you to the very busy area in of Highway 50. I back tracked to the fork in the road then went left. Correct way. Still poor signage. Please Orange County fix this issue.

Amelia Island Trail

beautiful

May, 2022 by collynandchris

We only had a limited time so we started from Amelia Island State Park (parking but no restrooms - park entrance is $2/person). Road 20 min north then had to turn around due to time constraints. Would love to come back when we have more time.

Blountstown Greenway Bike Path

An uncrowded trail

May, 2022 by waters5560

It’s been awhile since riding this trail. I like it though it’s a bit short. Some of the pavement edges are in need of repair and the wooden bridge close to the park end of the trail is closed off because of unsafe conditions. This was also noted by a rider back in February. Maybe some repairs will be done in the near future. Hope so.

Bluegill Trail

great trail!

May, 2022 by carleighalfrey

Went on an overcast day and was definitely better than going on a sunny day, not much (if any) shade but an easy ride and saw some cool wildlife! Lots of snakes, fish, sandhill cranes w their babies, raccoons and 2 big gators!

Four Freedoms Trail

Good Potential but Poorly Maintained

May, 2022 by bobsteele

Rode in March 2022 and could not enjoy the ride because of all the limbs and twigs on the trail. Many stops to clear the way. Trail has good potential but because of the unknown condition at the time, I would check before using.
