East Anoka County Regional Trail Description

The East Anoka County Regional Trail is a straight, flat bike path along Lexington Ave, used for recreation and commuting. The north end of the trail passes forests and fields. The trail provides access to the Blaine Wetland Sanctuary and the Lexington Athletic Complex. South of 109th Ave, the environment becomes more suburban. Several shopping centers are located along this part of the trail. Even here, there are some forests and wetlands along the trail. The East Anoka County Regional Trail ends at the Rice Creek North Regional Trail, which provides connections to Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Preserve.
