There are no dedicated parking lots for the Old Cheney Road Trail, but street parking is generally available in the neighborhoods along Old Cheney Road.
Not my favorite; but I use it to connect my longer rides.
The city decided to widen a sidewalk and call it a trail. It's normal width, but one side is a sound wall and the other side is a curb and 45mph street. There's literally no green space.
It's very noisy, due to the 45mph traffic reverberating off the sound wall, both a few feet away. The surface is poorly maintained.
There are numerous crossings. It's not a safe place to ride. If possible, use one of the other trails to go around. It's more pleasant.
It is cleared in the winter, although sometimes it takes a couple of extra days as the clearing for the street tends to get pushed onto the trail.
